Becoming a lactation consultant has been a deeply personal journey for me. I remember the challenges I faced seeking accessible breastfeeding support and the frustration of finding that care wasn’t always within reach. I feel that no family should have to navigate these hurdles alone.

My goal is to ensure that cost is never a barrier to receiving high-quality lactation care. I accept most insurance plans, which usually cover 100% of the cost for your lactation consultations. If your insurance will not cover lactation care, I provide a sliding scale for fees and can also connect you with other free resources in the community. Every family deserves the opportunity to thrive as they begin their parenting journey, regardless of income or lack of coverage.

As an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), I offer the highest standard of care for nursing dyads. My extensive training and commitment to evidence-based practices enable me to support your family throughout your breastfeeding journey. This certification ensures that you receive expert guidance tailored to your unique needs. My aim is to empower and build confidence as you make feeding decisions for your baby.

I graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders (speech-language pathology). After my husband and I welcomed our first child, I discovered my true passion in breastfeeding and lactation. I then completed my Certified Breastfeeding Specialist certification in 2020. I completed 500 hour clinical internship from 2022-2023 at Timpanogos Regional Hospital in Orem, Utah, where I continued to work until 2024 in the mother-baby unit, NICU, and pediatric settings. I became an IBCLC in 2024 and started my private practice. My greatest joy is being a mom to my four children.

I've experienced nearly every positive aspect of lactation, as well as its many challenges. My passion lies in offering support that is free of judgment and tailored to fit your family's unique lifestyle.
